Apple Support: Wireless Keyboard / Mice issues

Apple released a short support article focusing on its users who use Bluetooth enabled Keyboard / Mice on their Mac Pro, Mac mini, MacBook Air or MacBook Pro.

According to Apple, the proximity of USB 3.0 devices such as a USB 3.0 hard disk drive could mean that bluetooth keyboard / mice may not pair correctly or connect consistently.

The only Resolution as of now, that Apple suggests is:

Just keep your External USB 3.0 devices further away from the computers and away from external Blueetooth devices.

The article could be accessed at Apple Support Site.

  1. How to Choose the Wireless Keyboard and Mouse There’s absolutely no doubt that a Wireless Keyboard and Mouse provide more liberty, no matter whether if it’s used for work, research or home users. But before buying a pair you need to be aware of something about it. Usually, the transmission range of the infrared keyboard and mouse is just two meters, but with its cheap price, it’s suitable for entry-level home users who need wireless control within two meters.
