Recent popularity of online education, free online courses via many services, one of which is iTunesU has also resulted in people turning to iTunes as their default music player.

Apple has now has released a new update to address the iCloud issue, where new purchases in iCloud may not appear in iTunes Library if iTunes Match is turned on.

This update makes iTunes more responsive when searching a large library and also fixes a problem where the AirPlay button may not appear as expected.

You can now also display duplicate items within your library.

And as usual there are some stability and performance improvements.
